Our Promise
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right. Please read our policy below so you know exactly where you stand.
30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
We stand behind THRILL+. Give it a real chance for a full 30 days. If you've taken it consistently for 30 days and you're not happy with the results, we'll refund your order.
To be eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee:
- You must have used the product as directed for at least 30 days from your delivery date
- You must contact us within 45 days of receiving your order (30-day trial period + 15 days to request your refund)
- This applies to your first order only, one per customer
- You do not need to return the product unless we ask you to
This guarantee exists so you can give THRILL+ a genuine try, not a one-day test. It does not apply to orders cancelled before completing the 30-day trial, repeat orders, subsequent subscription deliveries, or requests made more than 45 days after delivery.
If you change your mind within the first 30 days and haven't given the product a full trial, please see our Standard Returns policy below for unopened products.
Standard Returns (Unopened Products)
Separately from the guarantee above, you can also return an unopened, unused item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
To be eligible for a standard return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unopened and unused
- Seal intact
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@thrill-plus.com before sending anything back. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Defective, Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@thrill-plus.com.
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer you a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.
Subscription Cancellations
You can pause, skip, or cancel your THRILL+ subscription at any time through your account — no questions asked, no fees. Changes made before your next billing date will take effect immediately. If you've already been charged for an upcoming shipment, contact us at support@thrill-plus.com and we'll sort it out.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items without original seal or packaging
- Sale items and items purchased with a discount code of 20% or more
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom orders

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification. This is your statutory right under EU consumer law.
To exercise this right, your item must still be in the same condition as received — unopened, unused, with seal intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@thrill-plus.com.
